Income calculation

The monthly and hourly rates are calculated based on the current base wage and performance-based bonus structure, multiplied by the expected working hours. They exclude tips, vehicle reimbursements and other types of bonuses.

↪ Other types of bonuses stands for discretionary one-time bonuses, like RAF and/or optional Sign-on Bonus.

↪ The base wage is including the 8% holiday allowance

↪ All values in the overview are gross amounts before tax

Vehicle compensation

If you use your own vehicle for order delivery, you will get the following compensation based on the vehicle type:

€0.05 / KM for normal bike

€0.19 / KM for e-bike

€0.23 / KM for scooter

€0.23 / KM for car

Two examples:

If you live in Amsterdam, use your own scooter and have an eight-hour contract, based on the average distance for a scooter per hour, you'd get €66 as vehicle compensation. The actual vehicle compensation is based on the actual driven distance.

If you live in Den Bosch, use your own car and have a 16-hour contract, based on the average distance for a car per hour, you'd get €180 as vehicle compensation. The actual vehicle compensation is based on the actual driven distance.

No rights can be derived from this or given examples; your actual salary will be on your payslip. Based on salary info from 4th March 2024.
